Our processing plants have the TIF (Federal Inspection Type) certification, which guarantees that the final product has the highest quality and safety standards. To achieve this certification, it is necessary to comply with the strictest health and hygiene standards; which includes supervision by specialized government veterinarians, who guarantee compliance with sanitary regulations through various physical, chemical and microbiological tests.
We are certified in the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System (HACCP), which is a management system that addresses food safety through identification, analysis, and control. physical, chemical, biological and radiological hazards, ranging from raw materials and the stages of the manufacturing process, to the distribution and consumption of the finished product.
We also have the Mexico Calidad Suprema and FSSC 22000 – GlobalSTD certifications that guarantee that we comply with national and international regulations, as well as the transparency of our production processes.
