To achieve excellent production standards in our operations and maintain the high quality of our products, we have a breeding stock of high genetic value, which guarantees the attributes of good meat flavor and quality that characterize us. In our Artificial Insemination Centers (CIA) we house specialized stallions for this.
With advanced technology and certified in ISO-9000, we constantly disseminate genetic improvement to all our production farms.
We have three plants with the latest technology for the production of balanced feed.
We have specialists for the periodic evaluation of productive performance, and more than 200 collaborators highly trained in the processes of elaboration and control of our products.
We place special emphasis on animal welfare. The processes of reproduction, breeding and fattening are carried out on our farms. Our facilities are strongly protected, guaranteeing that our pigs have a high-level sanitary environment, free of the main swine diseases. We have automated technology, free access to water and feed, preventive medicine, and specialized ventilation systems; With these methods, we guarantee that our pigs live in an optimal environment for their development, completely stress-free.
We have three processing plants, two located in Yucatan with a focus on the export market and the national market, and a third plant in Guanajuato.
Once the fattening process of the pigs is finished, we dispose of them for the elaboration of high quality meat products.
In our plants, different cuts of fresh, frozen and post-processed pork are prepared, to the satisfaction of our customers. The meat goes through different procedures that guarantee its safety, freshness and quality.
Our plants are located in the towns of Umán and Sahé, in the state of Yucatán. They have the approval to export to countries such as: Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, China, Chile and Singapore. These countries have recognized the quality and excellence of the processes installed in our plants.
